Email verification, secure PDF access, download limits and delivery support.
Digital delivery only
This store sells digital PDF directories. No physical goods are shipped. The price and contents of each directory are shown on its product page before checkout.
Payment confirmation and your access link
After payment is verified, your purchase access is created and an email with a secure access link is queued for delivery to the email entered at checkout. A pending payment does not unlock a directory. Email arrival depends on payment confirmation and email delivery; it is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.
Verify your purchase email
Open your access link and request a 6-digit verification code. Enter the code emailed to your purchase address in the same browser. Codes expire after 5 minutes. Access is controlled for the purchaser; an access link alone does not bypass email verification.
Download period and allowance
Access lasts 7 days from verified payment and includes 2 download attempts unless the rules shown for your order state otherwise. Each authorized file download uses an attempt, even if the transfer is interrupted. Your access page shows the remaining allowance and expiry. A PDF reader is required to open the downloaded file.
The version you receive
Your order is linked to the directory version offered at checkout. A later edit or new version does not silently replace the purchased file. Future updates are included only when explicitly offered.
Paid but no access, or a failed download?
Check your spam folder and payment status first. While payment is pending, do not pay again. If payment was debited but access is missing, contact support with your order or transaction reference and purchase email. Support can investigate payment status, resend eligible access links and review interrupted downloads. Email delivery problems do not undo a verified purchase. Refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
